FAQ

  • Click Order button next to the service you want to purchase and leave your contacts in a follow-up form. We will send a confirmation email. Once the order is filled, we will let you know your order is on the way with a tracking number for your order! If you do not receive an email from us, check your spam folders. 

  • We accept payment through Square. At the time of your purchase, you will be redirected to the Square Point of Sale site for our parent brand "The Glass Lantern" to complete your payment details. If you do not see an email from us, please check your spam or trash folders. 
    *Any orders not paid within 7 days, will be canceled.*

  • If you are unhappy with your product, please return it for a full refund within 30 days of delivery. If your product arrives damaged, please contact us so we can resolve the situation and provide you with a replacement, if possible. Please review our Return Policy and our Replacement Policy.

  • Please contact us with any cancellations within 24 hours of ordering so we may cancel your order before shipment. Once your order is shipped, you will be unable to cancel your order. Please return the unwanted shipment, unopened, to avoid postal fees. Please contact us for a refund in this event. 

  • We will ship out orders within 24 hours. We do not ship anything on holidays. If you would like shipment to take place for a specific time frame, please specify this in the comment section of your order, or contact us separately via the contact form.

  • If the shipment is returned due to an incorrect address, we will reach out to you regarding the issue. This may result in an additional shipping fee if it is determined to be at no fault of our business. We will contact you three times over the course of two weeks in order to correct the error. If no response is received after two weeks, we will issue a full refund. 

  • Care instructions will be provided with your items.
